摘要
采用种子半连续乳液聚合法,用反应性乳化剂R4制备了稳定纯丙乳液压敏胶。红外光谱检验结果表明,R4参与了纯丙体系共聚合反应。所得乳液的表面张力、粒径及180°剥离强度随R4用量增加而减小。耐水性能实验表明,采用R4的纯丙压敏胶体系,吸水性仅为传统型的28.8%。R4的应用明显改善了聚合物耐水和粘接性能。
A stable acrylic ester emulsion pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) was synthesized via seeded semicontinuous emulsion copolymerization by using a novel reactive surfactant R4. The surface tension, particle size and peeling strength of the PSA decreased with increasing R4 amount. The results of flourier transform infrared spectra (FFRI) showed that the reactive surfactant participated in the copolymerization. Compared with conventional emulsion PSA, the gained copolymer emulsion PSA shows better water resistance and adhesive properties, its water absorption is only 28.8% of the traditional one.
