摘要
利用CFD软件对上进风燃气灶进行三维稳态流动模拟,与实测的气相色谱分析数据进行了对比,验证了数值模拟来分析引射能力的可行性。对模拟得到的速度场、温度场进行了分析,为今后的设计改进提供了依据;将CFD技术用于燃烧器设计,可缩短新产品的开发周期、降低开发成本,实现燃气具开发、设计的自主创新。
3-D numerical simulation of steady flow within an upside-entrainment gas burner based upon computation fluid dynamics (CFD) software was performed, compared with chromatography. The feasibility of using numerical simulation to determine the injecting capacity of upside-entrainment gasburner was validated. The velocity and temperature profiles obtained from simulation can be helpful for further improvement. The application of CFD in the design of gasburner can reduce the design cost and shorten design period of product, so as to achieve the independent innovation of design and development of gasburner.
