高频感应加热过程的负载电气特性分析

摘要 高频感应加热系统由于它的独特优点,已广泛应用于工业生产中。介绍了高频感应加热电源系统的特点,分析了感应加热的集肤效应特性,给出它的电感性负载阻抗理论模型,最后实验验证了在不同温度下,负载的电感与电阻随温度变化趋势,证实了理论分析结论。 Induction heating systems of high frequency have been widely used and rapidly developed in the industrial applications because of their distinctive advantages. Characteristics of power system were introduced in induction heating with high frequency. Features of skin effect were analyzed about induction heating system. Theory model of impedance was put forward with inductive load. And finally, experimental results at different temperature show that the change trend varied with it for value of inductance and resistance and the conclusion is correct.
