摘要
以1,10-菲咯啉和p-N,N-二甲胺基苯甲醛为原料,合成了化合物4-(咪唑[4,5-f][1,10]-菲咯啉)-N,N-二甲基苯胺,通过元素分析、质谱、核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了表征。X-射线单晶衍射测试进一步确认了该化合物的结构,结果表明:化合物为三斜晶系,空间群P-1,a=1.0553(17)nm,b=1.1957(19)nm,c=1.5849(3)nm,α=111.588(17),°β=91.630(19),°γ=103.063(18),°V=1.794(5)nm3,Z=2,Dc=1.338g.cm-3,μ=0.087mm-1,F(000)=762,最终偏离因子R=0.0778,wR=0.2299。
In this work, 4-( 1H-Imidazo-[ 4, 5-f] [ 1, 10 ]-Phenanthrolin-2-yl)-N, N-Dimethyl- benzenamine was synthesized with 1, 10-Phenanthroline and p-dimethylaminobenzal-ehyde, and the compound was characterized by elemental analysis, 1 H NMR, MS spectra and X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis. The experimental result revealed that the crystal belongs to triclinic system with space group P-1,a= 1. 0553(17) nm,b = 1. 1957(19)nm,c = 1. 5849(3)nm,α = 111. 588(17)°,β = 91. 630(19)°, γ=103. 063(18)°,V = 1. 794(5)nma,Z =2,Dc = 1. 338g · cm^3,μ =0. 087mm^-1, F(000) =762, thefinal R =0.0778,wR =0. 2299.
