摘要
简介了排队论;应用排队论,对某研究所航空发动机装配任务管理进行了计算和分析,认为任务完成时间的不确定性是影响等待队列长度的主要因素;重点在减小任务完成时间的波动等方面,给出了减小队列长度的改进方法。
The queuing theory was introduced briefly. The calculation and analysis were conducted on the task management for aeroengiue assembly in a research institute by the queuing theory. The uncertainty of task completion time was taken as the key factor for the effect of wait queue length. The improvement method for reduction of queue length was presented with emphasis on reducing the fluctuation of task completion time.
