摘要
在寻租理论的基础上,对博弈关系的构成及寻租行为造成的非道德行为进行了描述,分析了业主、监理方和工程承包商之间的博弈均衡,并根据均衡结果提出了预防措施,以有效防止承包商的寻租行为和监理工程师的不良行为。
Based on the rent-seeking theory, the author describes the non-moral behavior caused by the composition of the game relationship and the rent-seeking behavior, analyzes the game equilibrium between the owner, the supervisor and the engineering contractor, puts forward the preventive measures according to the equilibrium outcome, to effectively prevent the rent-seeking behavior of the contractor and the bad behaviors of the supervision engineer.
