摘要
由于压缩程度不同,拉臂式压缩垃圾车车厢内的压缩垃圾是变密度的。首先建立车厢内压缩垃圾的变密度函数,基于该变密度函数给出车厢内压缩垃圾自重、惯性、压缩、挤入载荷的数学表达,再叠加上对拉臂车进行动力学分析得到的拉臂与汽车底盘对车厢的作用力,组成各危险工况车厢所承受的载荷。在对拉臂式压缩垃圾车车厢进行结构有限元分析的基础上采用以ANSYS为分析器的导重法对车厢结构进行优化设计,在满足结构强度要求的前提下,使结构质量减少31%。
Because of the different compression degree, the density of compressed rubbish is different in compartment of the hook-lift rubbish truck. According to Eggshell method, mathematical expressions of weight, inertia force, compression force and push in force are given, and then the load eases of the compartment structure at various working conditions are composed. On the base of finite element analysis of the compartment structure, adopting Guide-weight method, structural optimization of the compartment structure has been actualized. Within the permissible stress range, the structural weight of the compartment structure is hghtened by 31%.
