摘要
以油气田现场钻井废水为研究对象,对经过物理化学脱稳、机械分离后的废水进行O3预氧化-中间混凝-O3/H2O2深度氧化工艺。着重考察了该工艺中的体系pH值、O3/H2O2的加量比例、反应时间等工艺条件,找出了最佳的条件,在最佳条件下的出水CODcr为142 mg/L,去除率高达96.7%,已达到国家二级排放标准。
The paper takes the on-site oil-gas field drilling wastewater as the research object.After using physical chemistry method to destroy the stability of it and adopting mechanical method to realize the solid-liquid separation,the water is then further oxidized by the disposal process of O3 pre-oxidation→middle coagulation→O3/H2O2 craft to carry out depth oxidation.This paper mainly inspects the pH value of the reaction system,the proportion of O3 and H2O2,the reaction time and other process conditions.Through the detailed experimental study,the optimum condition of this craft is deter mined.The selected disposal process shows that the effluent's CODcr content is 142 mg/L,and the removing rate reaches 96.7%,reaching the relessing criterion Ⅱof China.
