摘要
针对12Mn2VB钢的铸坯表面缺陷,从缺陷特征形成、钢质特性和保护渣性能对连铸坯壳生长影响等方面进行了分析研究,找出了原保护渣存在的问题,试验选择了改进型保护渣,明显改善了12Mn2VB钢铸坯和轧材的表面质量,取得了良好效果。
To deal with the defects on the surface of 12Mn2VB steel bloom, investigations on strand shell growing were carried out in defect features, mold powder property and steel grade. The disadvantages of the previous mold powder were analyzed. A new type of mold powder was tested and applied for the bloom casting at Xingcheng Steel. It made the bloom surface quality improved greatly.
