摘要
介绍了唐钢关于薄板坯连铸用结晶器技术的研究工作。通过研究漏斗型结晶器的铜板形状、镀层、冷却结构对薄板坯凝固过程和结晶器传热的影响,分析了达涅利H2漏斗形结晶器生产应用的适应性,并据此对结晶器宽面、窄面铜板形状进行了优化。
The research on mould technology for thin slab casting at TISCO was introduced. The influence of copper plate shape, copper plate coating, cooling structure of funnel mould on the solidification of thin slab and the heat transfer of mould and the productive adaptability of H2 funnel mould were analyzed. Based on the reasearch, the shape of mould copper plate was optimized.
