摘要
分析了在铸铁基体上堆焊铜合金时存在的主要问题。采用空心钨极正极性弱等离子弧,在工件不预热的条件下进行堆焊,有效地防止了堆焊层中出现的翻铁现象,堆焊出合格产品。
A number of difficults to surface copper alloy onto the cast body of valve are discussed in the paper. The hollow tungsten electrode with positive connection to produce a soft plasma arc which is used in process. The surfacing is done without preheating for the workpiece to prevent and to limit high dilution of iron. With the procedure, the acceptable products are produced.
