摘要
本文在大量职业教育培训实践的基础上,遵循智力障碍学生职业操作技能的形成规律,分析了智力障碍学生职业操作技能形成过程中教师常用的几种基本的教学策略。其一,对职业操作技能进行任务分析;其二,遵循"示范—模仿—操作—应用"的教学流程;其三,坚持差异教学,为智力障碍学生提供辅助支持。
Following the rules of developing vocational operating skills for students with mental retardation, this paper introduces some teaching strategies on the basis of large amounts of vocational education practices, First, teachers should analyze the tasks, Second, teachers should follow the teaching flow of demonstration, imitation, operation and application. Finally, teachers should carry out differentiated instruction to provide support for students with mental retardation.
