摘要
从分析政府信息增值服务的内涵入手,提出政府信息增值服务的深入应以机制创新为突破口。认为政府机制、社会机制和市场机制是政府信息增值服务运作机制的可能选择,并对上述三种机制的内涵及其互补关系进行论述。文章最后具体研究政府机制、社会机制和市场机制在政府信息增值服务中的作用领域和特点,认为我国政府信息增值服务将有大的发展。
This paper analyzes the connotation of government information value-added services and puts forward that mechanism innovation is a breakthrough point in government information value-added services.It also points out that government mechanism,society mechanism and market mechanism may be probable selections for the operation mechanism of government information value-added services.It then introduces the connotation of three mechanisms and their complementary relations,and analyzes the sphere of action and features of the government mechanism,society mechanism and market mechanism in government information value-added services.At last it thinks that government information value-added services will expand rapidly in china.
