摘要
采用等电点结晶法,对液膜法提取的苯丙氨酸内相的模拟浓缩液进行了结晶工艺的研究。对不同操作温度、初始浓度和外界添加物影响下结晶质量的考察结果表明:只有控温在转化点温度以上才能得到优良的α-晶型;盐析剂氯化钠的加入对提高收率效果明显,乙醇的加入可以提高产品的纯度;保持较高的初始浓度(w>0.05)对产生α-晶型和提高收率均有利。
The phenylalanine crystal quality was studied under various temperatures,initial concentrations and additives.It is evident that the excellent α crystal type can be obtained only when the temperature is higher than the point of transformation.The addition of NaCl can enhance the output of phenylalanine,while alcohol can improve the purity of product.Maintaining high initial concentration is beneficial to the formation of α crystal type and the increase of output.
