摘要
目的:评价深板层角膜移植治疗坏死性角膜基质炎的临床效果及影响因素。方法:采用深板层角膜移植治疗坏死性角膜基质炎21例(21眼),临床观察3～23个月。结果:术后矫正视力≥0.3者19眼(90.48%),发生排斥反应3眼(14.29%),复发1例(4.76%)。植片透明21眼,透明率为100%。结论:深板层角膜移植术具有清除病灶彻底、排斥反应发生率低、无内眼手术并发症等优点,是治疗坏死性角膜基质炎的理想方法。
Objective：To evaluate the effects of deep lamellar keratoplasty in treatment of necrotic stromal keratitis. Methods： Deep lamellar keratoplasty was performed on 21 cases （21eyes） of necrotic stromal keratitis, all patients were followed up for 3 to 23 months after surgery. Results： The correct visual acuity achieved 0.3 or better in 19 eyes of 19 cases （90.48%） ,reject reactioIl occurred in 3 eyes of 3 cases （14.29%）. 1 case （4.76%）recurred. The graft kept clear in 21 eyes （100%）. Conclusion： Deep lamellar keratoplasty has the following advantages ,through clearance of local lesion, strong antirejection, no complications of intraocular surgery. The results have proved that deep lamellar keratoplasty is the ideal choice for treating necrotic strornal keratitis.
