摘要 针对现有外部车灯手动和自动操控装置存在的诸多不足,研制了根据前景视距、近光照距、停车视距、制动和超车等多种信息进行综合控制的手动和自动互补式前照灯变光器.同时实现了手/自动互补式开关灯、急减速自动远光+后雾灯、大雨自动小+前雾灯、离车延时照明、转向弯道照明、断路故障提醒、灯光应急替补、自复位式组合开关等附加功能.该系统以某中级轿车作为试验对象,对控制算法、原理电路和功能结构进行了具体设计.经样机试制、装车调试和长期试用后,证明该系统具备可行性、有效性和耐久性. In view of the respective defects of existing manual and automatic operating devices of external vehicle lamps, the headlamp dimmer controlled combinatively by manual & automatic complementary according to multi-information such as ambient sight distance, low-beam illuminated distance, stopping sight distance, braking, overtake, etc. was innovated and developed. To enhance more traffic security and vehicle control, the appending functions such as on-off lamps by manual & automatic complementary, automatic turning on far beam & rear fog lamps at quick speed-down, automatic turning on position & front fog lamps at downfall, time-lapse illuminating at leaving the vehicle, illuminating at curved driving, failure warning at broken circuit, compensating light at emergency, self-reset combined switch, etc. were realized simultaneously. Taking a certain middle-class car as an experimental subject, the control arithmetic, the principle circuits and the function structures were carried out. The trial manufacturing, installing, debugging and long-term tryout of prototypes prove the feasibility, validity and wear of the system.
