摘要
如何切实提高企业质量管理成熟度是企业面临的严峻问题,同时,也是关系到认证机构和认证咨询机构如何为企业提供增值服务的问题。文章从五个方面阐述和探讨了有效提高企业管理成熟度的方法。
How to securely enhance the maturity of quality management remains a challenging issue facing the enterprises, and also matters pretty much as to how the accrediting organizations and consuhancy agencies provide value-added services for the enterprises. This paper illustrates and explores in five bearings how to offer the ways for the enterprises to improve maturity of quality management.
