摘要
本文引入企业知识管理中的知识转移概念,讨论了知识转移在科学合作研究中的作用。随着科研合作的开展,知识转移与科研合作逐渐相互渗透,已经成为科学研究的重要内容和目的,它是一个科研组织提高核心竞争力和科研水平的重要途径。本文通过分析知识转移的层次、过程和障碍因素,对科研组织及科研人员如何更为有效地进行知识转移进行了探讨。
Through the introduction of the concept of knowledge-transfer in enterpriset＇ s knowledge management, discussed the role of knowledge-transfer in cooperation of scientific research. Research shows that with the development of cooperation in scientific research, knowledge- transfer and research cooperation gradually infiltrating with each other and has become an important part and purpose of scientific research, and is core competitiveness of scientific research organizations and also an important way to raise the level of research ability. Through analysis of the level, the process and the impediments of knowledge-transfer, this article explored how scientific research organizations conduct knowledgetransfer more effectively.
