摘要 提出两种特殊结构等强度悬臂梁,并用一根普通光栅实现了温度自动补偿的光纤光栅(FBG)应力传感器。在外界压力作用下,刚性粘接在悬臂梁上的光栅反射谱分裂成双峰结构,悬臂梁受到应力时引起传感光纤布拉格光栅反射谱双峰间距变化。根据该原理,实验比较了两种不同悬臂梁结构的测试结果,表明两种悬臂梁均具有较高精度、良好的线性和可重复性。 Proposed are two special structures of the cantilever beam of uniform strength, on which the fiber grating strain sensor with temperature self-compensation on a single common grating was realized. The external strain makes the reflectance spectrum of the gratino splitting into a double-peak structure. When the strain is acting on the cantilever beam, the space of the double-peak of the reflectance spectrum of the fiber bragg grating sensor changed. According to the principle, the experiment compares the test result of two different structures of the ditrigon cantilever, both of which have quite high accuracy and repeatability.
