摘要
美国ASMEVIII-22007版于2007年7月1日颁布,新规范首次把数值分析方法全面引入分析设计规范,新规范所提供的各种分析方法大部分都是以数值分析为基础的,近年来的实践经验表明,数值(尤其是有限元)分析方法是被广泛应用的、最有效的应力分析方法。文章系统讲述了压力容器应力分类的基本知识,有限元分析,数值处理方法及对分析结果的评定过程,并给出具体的工程实例。
ASME Ⅷ-2 2007 was issued on July 1, 2007.The new edition first roundly fetches the numerical value analysis method in the analysis of design codes.All kinds of analysis method provided in the new edition are mostly with the numerical value analysis as the basis. The practical experiences in the recent years show that,the numerical value analysis method(especially the finite element analysis) has been widely applied,regarded as the most effective stress analysis method.The paper first systematically gives an account of the basic knowledge of pressure vessel stress classification, finite element analysis and numerical value approach, as well as the assessment process of analysis results,then gives the examples of specific projects.
