摘要
用均匀设计法考察了超声时间、超声温度和超声功率对黑曲霉细胞破壁效果的影响.实验结果表明最优条件为:超声时间50 min,超声温度60℃,超声功率200 W.超声法与高压均质法比较,超声法破壁效果较好.
This paper mainly studies the ultrasonic breaking effects of ultrasonic time, ultrasonic temperature and ultrasonic power by uniform design on Aspergillus niger cell. The results show that the best ultrasonic time is 50 min, the best temperature is 60 ℃, and the best power is 200 W. It also shows that, compared with the homogenization method by high pressure, the ultrasonic method has a better efficiency.
