摘要
以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,走产学研结合的发展道路,是国家对高职院校办学方向的科学定位。提高人才培养质量,促进毕业生充分就业,关键在于增强人才培养的针对性、适用性,实现人才培养与社会职业岗位的接轨,以提升高职毕业生的就业竞争能力。
Aiming at service, leading to employment, following the development road with the combination of industry, study and research is the scientific position for the running a higher vocational college. To improve the quality of talented personnel and promote sufficient employment of the graduates, the key point is to enhance the pertinence and applicability of the cultivation of the talented personnel, to realize the joint of personnel cultivation and the social vocational positions, in order to improve the competitive strength of the higher vocational college graduates.
