摘要
本文研制的马鞍形曲线自动切割机自应用以来已近三年。它主要用于在电站锅炉及其他压力容器行业中切割马鞍形的焊接坡口。其应用结果表明:使用该切割机割出的焊接坡口具有良好的尺寸精度和表面质量。如与马鞍形埋弧自动焊机配套使用将有利于提高压力容器上的马鞍形焊缝的质量。本文主要对马鞍形自动切割机的设计、马鞍形曲线的跟踪精度、割出的马鞍形坡口的尺寸偏差进行了讨论并介绍了有关切割工艺验证工作。
In order to cut the holes and beveling the grooves for nozzle and tubularconnection welds on the wall of pressure vessels,an automatic contour-saddlecutting machine has been developed.The results,from the applications inlast three years,have shown that the accurate shape and dimensfon,thesmooth quality of surface have been obtained with this kind of cuttingmachine.The paper presents the design of tracking mechanism,discusses thetracking accuracy for the cutter along the curve of saddle and the deviation ofhole size etc.The approval test of cutting process is introduced.
