摘要 目的观察人工材料代替犬切除食管后消化道重建的初步结果。方法将犬的食管切除一段,然后植入钛镍带膜支架,联接两食管断端,观察新生食管的生长情况。结果6只实验犬除1只因麻醉失败当场死亡外,其余5只均列入观察范围。第2、3、4只因感染分别于术后3、4、9d死亡,第5、6只分别存活62、127d后人为处死。第5、6只犬支架分别于术后第18、31天脱落,而且病理检查发现均出现了新生食管中段狭窄,发生呕吐甚至进流质饮食困难,但持续一段时间后狭窄又会逐渐缓解,能进半流质饮食。结论人工材料代替食管是可行的,虽然人工食管留置一段时间后必然会脱落,而且也会发生新生食管狭窄,但持续一段时间后又会自行缓解,具体原因还有待进一步观察研究。 Objective To observe the preliminary results of esophageal reconstruction with artificial material in dogs. Methods A middle section of esophagus was resected in six dogs, and a titanium-nickel belt membrane stent was implanted. Results One dog died during the anesthesia, 3 died due to infection at d3, d4 and d9 of operation, respectively. Two dogs were followed up for 62d and 127d after stent grafted. In these two dogs the stent was detached at d18 and d31 and the symptom of vomiting appeared due to narrowing mid-section of esophagus. After 2-3 weeks the symptom of narrowing gradually alleviated and the dogs could eat semi-liquid food. Conclusion The preliminary study indicates that esophageal reconstruction with artificial materials seems to be feasible, although further study is needed.
