摘要
对职业能力的不同认识,将演绎出不同的职业教育人才培养目标、课程模式、教学方式方法和教学评价体系。德国行动导向的学习理念,以综合职业能力为培养目标的学习领域的课程模式已经成为职业教育界和高职院校的共识,职业资格研究可帮助人们科学地确定和描述典型工作任务,并将其转化为可实施的课程。
Talents nurture objectives, curriculum model, teaching measures and techniques as well as teaching evaluation system may respectively diverge due to different comprehension of vocational requirements. The paper illustrates the action-oriented learning model advocated by German which aims to cultivate comprehensive professional competence and whose curriculum model has already won the wide acknowledgement in vocational education world all over the world. The paper also points out that researches on vocational qualification can help not only to define but also describe commitments of a specific position so that they can be transformed into teachable content of curriculum.
