摘要
本实验采用对照法、设置单一变量,用多组平行对威海市金海滩中的束生刚毛藻进行了有关海水温度、盐度、酸碱度以及附着基实验的初步研究工作,得出了有关生态因子对束生刚毛藻的影响。束生刚毛藻对主要生态因子的适应范围:海水温度10-30℃、盐度10-55和pH6-9;最适范围:海水温度15-25℃、盐度20-45和pH7-8。束生刚毛藻附着力很强,只要是不光滑的附着基上均可生长此藻。此项实验为威海养殖业中的束生刚毛藻的研究和去除工作提供了理论基础。
In this paper, the experimental ecology of Cladophora fascicularis which came from the Jinhaiwan at Weihai in Shandong Province were studied and the results would do something for the sea feeding industry.In order to aetting exactly ,a single variable, with multiple parallel experiments were designed.The results show that the suitable ranges of growth factors of Cladophora faseieularis are the sea temperature 10-30℃, the salinity 10-55 and pH 6-9and the most suitable scope are the sea temperature 15-25℃, the salinity 20-40 and pH 7-8.Moreover, the adherence of Cladophora faseieularis is so strong that it can adhere any materials which are not smooth.
