摘要
主要研究了在冷驯化49天下(5±1℃)横断山的固有种-大绒鼠代谢率变化情况。结果表明:随着冷驯化时间延长,大绒鼠的体重、体温降低;BMR和NST增加,这些说明在冷驯化条件下,大绒鼠采取适当降低体重和体温、增加BMR和NST产热等途径来维持能量代谢平衡。这种能量对策很可能是横断山小型啮齿动物特殊的能量对策,对其生存适应具有重要的意义。
Eothenomys miletus was an important species inhabiting Hengduan mountains. In order to study the relationship between its energy strategies and temperature , the metabolic rate of E. miletus during cold exposure about 49 day was determined. During cold exposure (5 ± 1 ℃) , the body mass and the body temperature decreased; BMR and NST increased. During cold exposure, the characters of the E. miletus reduced the body mass and the body temperature , increasing the heating production of BMR and NST, to maintained the normal physiological function. This change pattern of the energy in E. miletus during cold exposure ,was possible in other rodents inhabiting Hengduan mountains to survival environment.
