摘要
硅酸钠是一种重要的脱墨助剂,而硅酸钠的模数(产物内的二氧化硅与氧化钠的摩尔数比值)对脱墨过程有重要的作用。本实验制备了不同模数的硅酸钠,研究了硅酸钠模数对旧报纸脱墨的影响。研究发现,硅酸钠模数为2.50、用量为4%时对8#美废有较好的脱墨效果;硅酸钠模数为1.55、用量为3%时得到的国产旧报纸脱墨浆白度较高、残余油墨含量最低,同时脱墨浆液性能如接触角与泡沫稳定性也有很大变化。
Sodium silicate is an important additive in paper recycling, the modulus of sodium silicate plays an important role in its application. This paper studied the effects of different modulus of sodium silicate in old newspaper deinking. Research showed that 8# AONP deinking achieves good result when the sodium silicate with a modulus of 2.50 and the dosage of 4% is used; For the domestic old newspaper, higher brightness and least residual ink appear at the modulus of 1.55 and the dosage of 3 % of sodium silicate. The performances of deinked pulp such as contact angle and foam stability change dramatically too.
