摘要
经济学关于产业组织的研究是与它整个理论的发展大体相一致的。针对市场竞争和垄断,古典学派、新古典学派以及新制度学派等都曾有自己的解说。流通产业的市场结构及其产业组织的实际,一方面,可以通过产业组织理论予以解释;另一方面,也要求我们必须对这种理论作出某些新的理解。由于跨国公司在中国流通产业中投资的日益增加,也由于国有控股公司在流通领域中仍然存在着一定的市场决定力量,中国流通产业的竞争和垄断格局表现为一种局部垄断现象。正确理解这种局部垄断,对于解释中国流通产业的实际和建议政府采取什么样的政策导向,无疑有着重要的理论和实践价值。
The research on industrial organization is consistent with the development of economy theory. Classical school, Neoclassical school and New institution school have given their own explanation about market competition and monopoly. We can use the theory of industrial organization to explain the market structure and industrial organization of circulation industry, at the same time we should give new understanding on this theory. Facing the fact that the multinational company＇s investment in circulation industry is increasing and there is market power of circulation fields in the state holding company, the competitive and monopolistic situation in Chinese circulation industry can be represented a kind of partial monopoly phenomena. It is important to apprehend this partial monopoly to make suggestions for government how to constitute policies.
