摘要
现代钻井正向高成功率、低成本,少事故方向发展,要求获得良好的井眼剖面,最短的完钻时间,最好的经济效益和良好企业信誉,而单一的钻头是不能完成这项工作的,因此在实际生产中主要采用稳定器来达到这个目的。文章从管理上使用好稳定器、设计上优化稳定器的角度出发,用工艺保设计,用设计保性能,用管理保产品的观念提出生产现场稳定器失效的应对措施,解决稳定器失效给钻井行业带来的困扰。
The development of modern drilling requires high success ratio, low cost, little accident, good borehole profile, least drilling time, and best economic benefit, but single bit is not complete this work. In the actual operation, the stabilizer is used to achieve this objective. This paper optimized the design of stabilizer, put forward the preventive measures of stabilizer failure.
