复方丹参片对糖尿病大鼠体内氧化应激的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察复方丹参片对糖尿病(DM)大鼠体内氧化应激水平的影响。方法以腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)60mg/kg制备SD大鼠糖尿病模型,随机分为DM模型对照组,复方丹参片大、中、小3个剂量组〔1.04、2.08、4.13g/(kg.d)〕,并作正常对照。4周后测定各组大鼠血清、心肌、坐骨神经超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化脂质(LPO)、丙二醛(MDA)含量及坐骨神经山梨醇、红细胞山梨醇含量。结果复方丹参片能降低糖尿病大鼠LPO、MDA、坐骨神经、红细胞山梨醇含量,使SOD水平升高。结论复方丹参片可减轻糖尿病大鼠组织的氧化应激,具有抗氧化作用。 Objective To observe the effects of compound Red - rooted Sylvia (RRY) tablets on the oxidative stress in diabetic rats. Method Diabetic Milletus (DM) rat model was induced with stroptozotucin (STZ 60mg/kg ) through intraperitoneal injection. Animals were randomly divided into five groups according to the level of fasting blood glucose (FBG) and body weight, which were groups of DM control, RRS high (4. 13g/kg. d^-1 ). medium ( 2. 08g/kg. d^-1 ) , low dose ( 1.04g/kg. d^-1 ) and normal control. After 4 weeks, the content of superoxide dismutase(SOD), LPO,maleic dialdehyde(MDA) in serum, myocardium and sciatic nerve were measured, and the concentration of sorbital in sciatic nerve and erythroeyte were measured. Results Compound Red - rooted Sylvia could reduce the level of LPO, MDA and sorbitol in sciatic nerve and erythrocyte. It could increase the level of SOD. Conclusion Compound Red - rooted Sylvia tablets can ameliorate oxidative stress in the tissue of diabetic rats. It has the effect of anti - oxidation.
