甲醇制低碳烯烃工艺技术新进展 被引量:37

摘要 甲醇制烯烃(MTO)作为替代石油资源生产乙烯和丙烯的技术受到越来越多的重视,目前已经处于工业化的前夕。重点介绍了具有代表性的几种甲醇制烯烃工艺,如Advanced UOP/HYDRO MTO工艺、中国科学院大连化学物理研究所的DMTO工艺、Lurgi公司的MTP工艺、ExxonMobil的MTO工艺、中国石化上海石油化工研究院的S-MTO工艺和清华大学的FMTP工艺等,并对各工艺的最新进展进行了阐述。指出甲醇生产乙烯和丙烯是煤或天然气生产聚烯烃工艺的关键,其工业化的难点是MTO催化剂的开发和MTO反应器的放大,建立MTO/MTP的联合装置是利用煤或天然气生产低碳烯烃未来的一个方向。 Methanol to light olefins (MTO) was an attractive way to solve such problems as limited oil resource and increasing olefins demands. Several representative processes, named Advanced UOP/Hydro methanol to olefins, dimethyl ether or methanol to olefins (DMTO, by Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences), Lurgi methanol to propylene (Lurgi-MTP), were reviewed, focusing on technical requirement, improvement and industrialization progresses of MTO technologhy. Besides, several processes such as ExxonMobil MTO, Shanghai Research Institute of Petrochemical Technology S-MTO, TsingHua FMTP, were also discussed. It was proposed that methanol to ethylene and propylene (MTO/MTP) was the key for synthesis of polyolefins from coal or nature gas and it was a trend to build up a MTO/MTP united equipment to produce polyolefins from coal or nature gas in the future.
