3个月龄SD雌性大鼠64只,双侧卵巢切除(OVX)及行假手术(Sham-O);于术后第1,3,5,7个月各处死8只动物,切取L1~L2椎体节段,股骨及胫骨,进行BMD检测结果OVX后第1个月椎体BMD明显丢失(P<001),全股骨丢失较为缓慢,7月时BMD丢失才有差异(P<005)而股骨近段BMD则自3月时丢失即有差异性(P<005)全胫骨1月BMD即有差异性(P<005),3月时BMD有回升(P<005),继之持续丢失,上段松质骨区则呈持续丢失结果提示:鼠OVX后BMD的丢失速度为腰椎>胫骨>股骨;
In 64 SD female rats aged 3 month, either bilateral ovariectomy (OVX) or sham surgery was performed. After the operation 8 rats were sacrificed respectively at the 1th, 3rd, 5th and 7th month. Bones were taken from the vertebrae, femur and tibia for the examination of bone mineral density (BMD). Result: In the 1st month after OVX, BMD disappeared apparently in the vertebrae (P<0.01) but slowly in the whole femur, whose BMD loss was not significantly different (P<0.05) until the 7th month; the proximal fumer lost BMD evidently (P<0.05) in the 3rd month; the whole tibia revealed, in the 1st month, a markedly different drop (P<0.05) in BMD, which went up (P>0.05) in the 3rd month but later continued to drop, with a consistent loss at the upper part of the osteoporosis region. Resultant suggestion: After the OVX in rats, BMD loss speed could be described as vertebrae > tibia >fumer; or as the lumbar vertebrae > the upper part of tibia > the upper part of fumer.
