摘要
对52例胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人进行根治手术前后血清SIL-2R水平表达的动态研究,并与42例健康人对照比较结果显示:(1)胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人术前血清SIL-2R水平为(47885±14188)U/mL,健康人对照组为(25643±5929)U/mL,胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人术前血清SIL-2R水平明显高于健康对照组(P<001);(2)根治术后10d测定患者血清SIL-2R水平为(23182±13989)U/mL,与手术前相比较,明显降低(P<001)结论:胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人机体细胞免疫功能在荷瘤状态时低下,出现免疫抑制物SIL-2R水平明显增高的异常现象;根治手术切除肿瘤及转移淋巴结后,SIL-2R水平明显降低提示:动态检测SIL-2R水平是胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人病情监测。
In 51 cases of malignant gastroenteric tumor, serum SIL-2R-level expressions were studied dynamically and compared with those of 42-case normal subjects both before and after the radical operation. The results were shown as follows: 1) Before the operation the serum SIL-2R-level expression was significantly higher (P<0.01) in the patient group (478.85±141.88 U/mL) than in the control group (256.43±59.29 U/mL; 2) 10 days after the operation, the determined serum SIL-2R level (231.82±139.89 U/mL) evidently dropped as compared with that before the operation. Conclusion: The cellular immunologic function in malignant gastroenteric tumor patients was low under the tumor-attaching condition, accompanied by the abnormal phenomenon of rising SIL-2R level; after the radical removal of tumor and the metastasis of lymph node, SIL-2R level went down obviously. Suggestion: Dynamic test of SIL-2R level can be regarded as a reference indicator for monitoring the illness state and evaluating the curative response on the part of patients with malignant gastrenteric tumor.
