摘要
由于疏浚船舶排泥管中的泥浆在管道输送中阻力大,常常引起管道磨损、堵塞和输送功耗大等技术问题,限制了疏浚船舶作用的发挥。加气助送输泥方式是解决该问题的一种方法,能够有效地减小泥浆的管道阻力。通过试验研究了泥浆浓度、管道流量和加气压力等因素的改变对泥浆的管道阻力的影响关系,从试验数据得到在高浓度和大流量的泥浆中加入压力较低的压缩气体具有明显的减阻效果的结论。
Because resistance of the slurry conveying in the pipeline of dredging ship often is very serious, the slurry results frequently in ninny technical problems, such as serious wear of pipeline material, slurry-logged pipe and large wasting energy of slurry conveying. This limits wide operation of dredger. The method of gas-aided slnrrv conveying in pipeline is a better way to resolve the slurry conveying problem of dredger, which efficiently reduces the resistance of slurry conveying in pipeline. It is investigated in the paper the influence of parameters change, including slurry concentration, pipeline flux and mixing gas pressure, to resistanee of slurry conveying in pipeline. The conclusion can be found from the testing data that the resistance of slurry conveying in pipeline evidently decreases when the low pressure gas is added into the high concentration and big flux slurry.
