Halo—vest辅助下内固定治疗上颈椎骨折脱位 被引量：3

摘要 内固定手术治疗寰枢椎骨折脱位的疗效近年来已被众多学者认识，但如何有效维持术前搬动及术中操作寰枢椎的稳定，目前还未达成共识。颅骨牵引维持稳定下的手术治疗，因其术前搬动、术中操作等不稳定影响因素较多，再损伤风险高并可能因再次搬动复位丢失而不能准确固定。自2003年6月至2006年8月，我科对收治的25例寰枢椎骨折脱位在Halo-vest辅助下行内固定治疗，取得较好的临床疗效，报告如下。
