摘要
概述了核因子-κB的生物学特性、核因子-κB的活化与在类风湿关节炎发病中的关系,以及目前临床治疗类风湿关节炎的药物,包括非甾体类抗炎药、糖皮质激素、慢作用抗风湿药、中药等调控核因子-κB活性的研究现状,为深入探讨类风湿关节炎的发病机制,研发新的抗类风湿关节炎药物提供研究依据。
This paper briefly introduces the biologic property of nuclear factor -κB （ NF -κB）, relationship between NF -κB activation and rheumatoid arthritis （RA） onset, and regulation of NF -κB activation by anti - rheumatism drugs including nonsteroidal anti -inflammatory drugs, glucocorticoid, slow -acting anti -rheumatism drug and traditional Chinese medicine, and then provides the basis for exploitation of new anti - rheumatism drugs.
