摘要
一国货币制度中的汇率制度安排,必须保持其独立性.因为,汇率制度体现着一国的货币主权.历史和现实都证明,如果汇率制度安排不能体现自己的货币主权而听任别人的摆布,就必然为此付出沉重的代价.从日元和人民币汇率的变动中,认识货币主权对于经济社会发展的重要作用.
In the monetary system, a country must maintain the arrangements＇ independence of the exchange rate system. Because the exchange rate system is the manifestation of currency sovereignty in one country. Based on history and reality, we can conclude a true that if the exchange rate arrangements does not reflect its monetary sovereignty but at the mercy of others, the country will be bound to pay a heavy cost. From the exchange rate changes between YEN and RMB, we realize currency sovereignty plays a significant role in the economic and social development.
