摘要
观察10只家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤时平均动脉压(MAP)与丙二醛(MDA)的动态变化,并作相关分析。结果发现,MAP进行性下降,MDA直线式上升,两者呈非常显著负相关(P<0.01)。提示心肌缺血再灌注损伤时MAP的下降与MDA含量的增加有密切相关。
The changes of the value of the mean arterial pressure(MAP)and the amount of malondialdehyde(MDA)were dynamically observed during myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in 10 rab bits and the relative analysis on their relationship was made.It was found that MAP decreased progressively while MDA increased almost in a straight line and two paremeters had a significantly very negative relationship (P<0.01).It suggested that the drop of MAP be closely related to the elevation of MDA during myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury.
