摘要
利用自行研制的焊接电弧动态小波分析仪,通过大量的工艺实验对主要波控参数在焊接过程中的影响规律进行了分析研究。选择了合适的波控参数,对比分析不同焊接规范的焊接效果,从而优化了焊接工艺参数。试验结果表明,通过选择合适的波控参数及焊接规范,CO2焊逆变电源能很好地实现波形控制,较大程度地降低飞溅,改善了焊缝成形和过程稳定性,实现了综合工艺性能较佳的焊接效果。
Through a large number of welding processing experiments,the influencing rule of the welding process on main parameters of waveform control have been analyzed with the welding dynamic arc wavelet analyzer designed in this paper,and the appropriate waveform control parameters were selected;the results under different welding parameters were compared,thereby the welding parameters were optimized.The experimental results indicated that the developmental inverter power source can achieve the control of the waveforms very well,the welding spatter was reduced largely and the weld formation and the process stability were improved, and the welding results with comparably good comprehensive performance were obtained by the inverter power.
