摘要 目的探讨机械通气过程中,呼气末正压(PEEP)对中心静脉压(CVP)的影响。方法对30例机械通气病人测定在不同水平的PEEP(O-13cmH2O)时的CVP值及脱机时的CVP值。结果CVP值随着PEEP值的增加而升高,CVP值的变化与PEEP值的变化呈显著正相关,r=0.993。结论PEEP对CVP有明显影响,其变化对了解血容量的变化及补液有一定指导作用。 Objective To explore the effects of positive end expiratory pressure(PEEP) on central venous pressure(VCP) in the process of mechanical ventilation. Methods The CVP was measured when 30 patients with mechanical ventilation were in various level of PEEP (0 - 13 cmH2O). Results The CVP value got an increase with a rise of PEEP. The CVP value was positive correlated with PEEP (r=0. 993). Conclusion PEEP has much effect on CVP.
