伴破骨细胞样巨细胞的胃癌一例
摘要
患者男，78岁。腹痛1年余伴有呕血，于2007年5月30日入院。体检：中腹部、右下腹及左上腹轻度压痛，无反跳痛。脐周可触及一大小约4cm×5cm的肿块，质稍硬，表面光滑，边界不清，活动度尚可，有压痛，肝脾肋下未及，
