摘要
目的采用心率变异（ＨＲＶ）分析辅助诊断迷走神经张力增高为主的植物神经功能失调患者。方法排除器质性疾患的４０例患者，均有头晕、胸闷、气短，ＨＲＶ分析包括时域和频域分析。结果与正常人相比，患者的ＳＤＮＮ、ＨＲＶＩＮＤＥＸ、ＲＭＳＳＤ、ＰＮＮ５０、ＴＰ、ＬＦ、ＨＦ均高于正常人，而ＨＲ、ＬＦ／ＨＦ低于正常人，统计分析有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论４０例患者平均心率减慢，迷走神经水平增高，交感迷走神经张力之比减低，交感迷走神经平衡发生了改变。
Objective Using short term heart rate variability(HRV) analysis help to determine patients with an increased vagal tone.Method 40 patients without organic disesaes complained dizzy,chest distress,breathlessness,HRV parameters include time domain and frequency domain parameters.Results SDNN、HRV index、RMSSD、PNN50、 TP、LF、HF was significantly increased,but HR、LF/HF was lower in 40 patients compared with healthy subjects.Conclusions The patients had a slower mean heart rate and an increased vagal tone,the radio of symathetic and parasymathetic components were decreased,the symathetic to parasymathetic autonomic balance changed.
