摘要
目的观察长春西汀对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者的疗效。方法120例AC I患者随机分为2组,对照组60例给予复方丹参注射液20 mL加入生理盐水250 mL静脉滴注,每日1次,疗程14 d;观察组60例给予长春西汀30 mg加入生理盐水250 mL静脉滴注,每日静滴1次,疗程14 d;对比观察2组疗效。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后观察组全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白及血小板聚集率较对照组改善更明显(P<0.05);观察组治疗后神经功能缺损评分较对照组改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论长春西汀治疗AC I安全有效,能显著改善患者血液流变学。
Objective To observe the curative effects of Vinpocetine on patients with acute cerebral infarction （ACI）. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of ACI were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Sixty cases in the control group were given intravenous drip infusion of 20 mL injectio salvia miltiorrhiza combined with 250 mL physiological saline, once daily,fourteen days a course of treatment;sixty cases in the observation group were given intravenous drip infusion of 30 mg vinpoeetine combined with 250 mL physiological saline, once dally, fourteen days a course of treatment. Curative effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in contrlol group（P 〈0. 01 ）. After the treatment ,the whole blood viscosity, the plasma viscosity, the erythrocyte aggregation index ,hemaleucin ,plateler aggregation and the neurologic impairment score in observation group showed higher improvement than those in control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Vinpocetine can cure ACI safely and effectively and can improve hemorrheology of patients significantly.
