摘要
健康男性志愿受试者22人(其中8名汉族、8名维吾尔族、6名哈萨克族)每人单次回原环丙沙星500mg,用微生物法测定血清浓度比较其体内过程,初步结果表明汉族、维族及哈族T1/2Ke各为3.56±1.01h,2.58±0.37h及2.47±0.25h。在吸收方面,汉族、维族及哈族的Cmax各为2.07±0.43mg/L,2.91±0.38mg/L及3.11±0.40mg/L。Tpeak各为1.49±0.16h,1.13±0.27h及1.11±0.20h,但由于研究对象偏少,尚难得出最后结论,而需进一步考察并论证它在不同民族间引起差异的原因。
22 Healthy male volunteers, 8 Hans, 8 Uigurs and 6 Kazaks, were given a single oral dose of 500 mg ciprofloxacin respectively. The course in vivo were compared by detecting the drug concentrations in serum with bioassay. The primary result showed that the T1/ 2Ke in the Han, the Uigur and the Kazak were: 3. 56 ±1.01 h, 2. 58 ± 0. 37 h and 2. 47 ± 0. 25 h repectively. In absorption,the Cmax is 2.07 ±0.43 mg/L, 2.91 ±0.38 mg/L and 3. 11 ±0.40 mg/L. And Tpeak is 1.49 ±0. 16 h,1. 13 ±0. 27 h and 1. 10 ±0. 20 h respectively. Owing to the shortage of cases for study, it is hard to come to a conclusion. It needs further study and proof to explain the difference of drugs among different races.
