摘要 硒是生命必须的微量元素,许多疾病的发生与硒缺乏和中毒紧密相关。本文综述了硒的痕量分析方法最新研究进展,对样品的预处理方法进行了归纳,介绍了荧光法,极谱法、溶出伏安法,气相色谱法、液相色谱法,毛细管电泳法,原子光谱法及各谱联用技术等的研究与应用。 Selenium is a essential trace element for life. Many disease are related with the lack and poisoning of selenium. This paper reviewed the progress on the research and development of determination methods for trace selenium. Meanwhile, the pretreatment methods of sample were introduced. The research and application of fluorescence methods, polarography, stripping voltammetry, gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, atomic spectrum and some spec-trum combined techniques were also introduced.
