摘要
乳腺病变由于病理类型复杂、临床症状隐匿等原因,造成临床早期诊断其良恶性有一定困难。超声引导下穿刺活检术联合常规超声凭借诸多优势已经成为明确诊断乳腺病变良恶性的重要手段。通过分析427例经超声引导下穿刺活检术而明确诊断的乳腺疾病患者的临床资料,表明在注重应用这种临床重要诊断方法的同时也应重视思考相关医学伦理问题。
It is difficult to diagnose early breast lesions lrom malignancy due to the pamologlcal multipilcity anu insidious clinical manifestations. The combined application of ultrasound - guided core - needle biopsy and ultra- sound imaging has become an important approach to diagnose breast lesions from malignancy to benign lesions. By investigating the clinical characteristics of 427 cases undergone ultrasound imaging and ultrasound -guided core - needle biopsy, we conclude that besides the diagnosing skill of combined application itself, the corresponding moral principles should also be pondered on.
