摘要
在采用稳态采集快速成像(Fast imaging employing steatly-state acquisition,FIESTA)序列图像上,主要有两种对比信号,脂肪和水为高信号,其他组织均为低信号,神经显示为低信号,在颅内有脑脊液的高信号衬托下。
Purpose: To discuss MRI features of cerebral caverous angioma according to pathology. Materials and Methods: The data of 32 cases with cerebral caverous angioma proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively including 18 cases Gd-DTPA enhanced examina- tion. Pathology type and MRI were analysed with X2 test. Results: All the cerebral caverous angioma were solitary and could occur in any site of the brain. 24 lesions displayed mixed signal in T1WI and T2WI mulberry, net or nodulation. 5 lesions displayed high-intense signal on T1WI and isointense or low-intense signal on T2WI . 3 lesions displayed isointense or low-intense signal on T1WI and light high-intinse signal on T2WI. 23 lesions displayed peripheral ring-like low-intense signal on T2WI. In 18 enhanede eases, 7 lesions showed slight enhancement, 8 lesions showed spot or uneven enhancement, 3 lesions showed no enhancement. There were two types of cavernomas based on pathology but no significant difference appearanced on MR imaging. Conclusion: Mulberry, net or nodulation mixed signal with peripheral ring-like low signal on T2WI is MR feature of cerebral eaverous angioma.
