摘要 目的探讨细胞周期调控系统相关因子在膀胱移行细胞癌中表达的临床意义。方法应用免疫组化染色方法检测P16、cyclinD1和CDK4在92例膀胱癌中的表达,运用χ2检验统计分析。结果①在膀胱癌组织中P16表达下调;cyclinD1和CDK4表达上调。②92例膀胱癌中,P16保留表达率随分级、分期的增加而下降,在复发肿瘤中下降;③92例膀胱癌中,cy-clinD1和CDK4保留表达率随分级、分期的增加而增加,在复发肿瘤中增加。结论P16、cyclinD1和CDK4的表达和膀胱移行细胞癌的生物学行为密切相关,在膀胱癌的发生发展中有重要意义。 Objective To probe into the relation between the expressions of P16,cyclinD1 and CDK4 in the transient cell cancer of bladder and biological behavior of the bladder cancer.methods All of specimen of 92 cases of transient cell cancer of bladder and 13 cases normal tissue were formalized,capsulated with paraffin,sliced up with interval of 4 μm,analysised with method of HE and immunohistochemistry,examined with χ^2.Results ①Expression of P16 decreases in bladder cancer.Expression of cyclinD1 and CDK4 increases in bladder cancer.②In the 92 case of bladder cancer,expression of P16 decreases with grade and stage of tumor,expression of P16 decreases in recurring cases.③In the 92 case of bladder cancer,expression of cyclinD1 and CDK4 increases with grade and stage of tumor,expression of cyclinD1 and CDK4 increases in recurring cases.Conclusion The rate of reserve expression of P16,cyclinD1 and CDK4 in the transient cell cancer of bladder is related with biological behavior of the bladder cancer.
