摘要
从空间几何关系上详细阐述了驱动桥弧齿准双曲面齿轮副之间存在滑移的必然性,给出了防止滑移磨损的方法.选用不同合金系Cr-Mn-Ti系合金钢与Cr-Mo-Ni系合金钢作为一对齿轮副,采用低温离子渗硫或硫氮共渗的表面处理工艺,减小齿轮副齿面之间的摩擦系数,克服相对滑移的产生的齿面胶合现象.
The paper expatiates space geometry structure between hypoid gear pairs of drive axle. The question of wear and agglutination from slippage of hypoid gears are studied. The different steel material should be used on hypoid gear pairs in order to prevent wear and agglutination, e. g. Cr - Mn - Ti steel and Cr - Mo - Ni steel, and also it proposes to adopt some new surface - treat techniques.
